We offer 4 billing cycles – monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. You are free to chose between them during check out. Can I upgrade my server ? #
Yes, you can switch to a higher end server at any time or upgrade individual resources only such as Ram, CPU and Disk.
Do you support custom ISO images ? #
Yes we do on all servers. If the ISO you’d like to use is not in our library, we will be more then happy to add it. Please open a ticket on our helpdesk supplying us with a link to the ISO, and we will make it available to you asap.
Can I change the operating system of my server ? #
Yes you can do that at any time as many times as you wish right from your dashboard with just a single click.
How long does it take for my server to be setup ? #
All servers are instantly setup after payment is received. If your server is not up in 5 minutes or less, please contact support.
Can I purchase more IPs ? #
Yes you can. Additional IPs are charged at $2/m per IPv4.
What payment methods do you accept ? #

What virtualization do you utilize ? #
We use the most current KVM virtualization.
Do you offer a trial period ? #
Yes! If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can cancel your account within the first seven days and request a full refund, no questions asked.
