Your dashboard gives you full control over every aspect of your account. It is split into 4 main categories:
- Services: this is where you control your cloud instances
- Billing: this is where you view and pay your bills
- Support: this is where you access your help desk and communicate with us
- Affiliates: this is where you view your earnings.
Services #
From the Services tab you can:
- View/List all your instances – Follow this article on how to manage your instances
- Deploy a new instance
- Manage DNS and Reverse DNS – Follow this article for more information on dns and rdns
Billing #
From the Billing tab you can:
- View and Pay your bills
- Add funds to your account
- Add or remove credit card(s) for automated billing – Information on Automatic billing can be found here
Support #
From the Support tab you can:
- View your tickets
- Open a new ticket
- Check the server and network status of Cloudfanatic’s infrastructure
